Corporate Attorney – CJK Group – Sheridan
CJK Group is expanding our legal team and seeking a full‑time corporate attorney to support our mission as we grow across the print, content services, automotive, and technology sectors. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and offers direct collaboration with leaders across our global platform.

What You Will Do- Lead drafting and administration of corporate contracts
- Help build and maintain our contract management solution
- Draft and update templates including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, and Licensing Agreements
- Guide business units through negotiations, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations
- Support compliance with privacy and data protection requirements including GDPR and CCPA
- Draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements and related security exhibits
- Train teams on contracting procedures, escalation paths, and best practices
- Manage contract databases and tag key contract provisions for search and reporting
- Support customer requests under existing templates
- Summarize and review agreements and assist with renewals
- Provide broader legal support to the Chief Legal Officer and CJK legal team
- Licensed attorney with strong academic credentials
- Five to ten years of legal experience supporting U.S. based operations
- Background in corporate, commercial, or contract law
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with contract management platforms such as , Ironclad, or Contract Works
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional judgment
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working within a global, collaborative team
This role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 based on experience and qualifications. CJK Group provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan options, paid time off, and additional employee programs.
