This onsite role immerses you in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will ensure safety and operational excellence. • Lead cleaning and sanitation staff, assigning daily tasks and managing work schedules.
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness & safety standards by performing routine inspections of the plant.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained, repaired, and stored properly.
• Inventory and inspect departmental utensils; replace as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete cleaning tasks without disrupting production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleaning logs, inspection reports, and attendance records.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and environmental conditions (mold, condensation).
• Communicate with management about staffing, supply needs, or improvement plans.
• Coordinate deep cleans & additional sanitation projects considering production shutdowns.
• Lead meetings with the team.
• Provide feedback to management on employee performance.
• Perform additional sanitation and janitorial responsibilities as needed.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This allows for a consistent work‑life balance.
