Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Marketing Specialist for a company in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you’ll support marketing campaigns and customer communications while helping generate leads, engage customers, and contribute to overall business growth. • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Create and distribute marketing materials, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
• Maintain company websites, social media channels, and online business profiles while ensuring consistent branding
• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Make outbound calls for lead generation, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in CRM systems
• Monitor marketing and customer engagement performance, including campaign response, lead generation, follow-up, and customer satisfaction metrics

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, call center, inside sales, business development, or administrative support preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
