Clinical Nurse Practitioner – Brainerd, MN

Preferred Podiatry Group (PPG) is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long‑term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. Join a growing team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient mobility, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide podiatric care to residents in long‑term and senior care facilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
  • Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
  • Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient‑centered care
  • Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
  • Document visits in Next Gen EMR on an iPad

Job Requirements
  • Master’s degree and completion of an accredited NP program (required)
  • Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP) (required)
  • 2–5 years of podiatry experience post‑training (preferred)
  • Long‑term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, independent settings
