• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist with obtaining it after hire)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
