Department Details
Primarily day time hours, 32-40 hours per week. Includes RN on-call rotation. Generous sign on bonus opportunity. Additional weekend incentive: $1.25/hour. Additional shift incentive for hours worked during 6pm-6am.
Job Summary
Integrates health care for residents from pre-admission to post discharge. Coordinates and sequences resident care to enhance flow and interdisciplinary communication. Evaluates outcomes using integrated clinical, financial, and utilization data. Utilizes appropriate age-specific care methodologies and guidelines. Conducts interviews and assessments for admission and ongoing stay. Establishes service plans, evaluates ongoing needs, and facilitates communication with residents, families, and team. Monitors and trends patient responses.
Demonstrates independence, critical thinking, and strong documentation. Maintains financial responsibility and variance control. Adjusts to new roles with minimal direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred. Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Holds required competencies and certifications.
