Pharmacy Clerk

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clerk in #738 Brainerd, Minnesota, to provide excellent customer service by completing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy area, greeting customers, and offering assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Promoting Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and Healthy Pack Rx , and assisting with patient enrollment.
• Receiving, unpacking, and verifying merchandise, ensuring all items are in acceptable condition. Stocking, cleaning, and organizing pharmacy products.
• Maintaining health aids department as needed.
• Learning and adapting to new technologies regularly.
• Remaining flexible and adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
• Assisting in other areas of the store or nearby locations as needed.
• Maintaining good attendance and punctuality to perform essential job functions.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements include long periods of standing, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling objects, and reaching. The employee may need to lift/move up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and be at least 18 years old.
