We are looking for a Sales Manager Trainee to assist and expand our client’s AT&T operations. This role is intended to prepare future assistant managers and sales manager trainees working directly with AT&T products and services.
The Sales Manager Trainee will obtain practical experience in customer acquisition, sales, leadership, team coaching, and daily operations.
Sales Manager Trainee Responsibilities- As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will implement customer acquisition and sales strategies
- Complete the full sales process from start to finish
- Build trusting connections with clients and customers as a Sales Manager Trainee
- Learn how to develop, mentor, and train salespeople
- Help with monitoring and reporting team performance as a Sales Manager Trainee
- Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
- The Sales Manager Trainee will take part in management and leadership training
- Reach your surpassed team and individual goals
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Competitive, Growth-oriented, and goal-driven mindset
