Outside Sales Representative - Ironhide Equipment

Ironhide Equipment is an authorized dealer for Bobcat, Develon, Manitou, and Gravely, serving customers across North Dakota and Minnesota with locations in Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Williston, Bemidji, and Brainerd. We specialize in compact and heavy equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service — supporting customers in construction, landscaping, excavation, utility installation, and related industries.

Ironhide Equipment is seeking a driven and customer‑focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, understands equipment needs, and thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

• Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory for new and used Bobcat, Develon, Manitou, and Gravely equipment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and agricultural clients
• Conduct onsite visits to customer job sites to understand equipment needs and present solutions
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly and annual goals
• Maintain product knowledge of all Ironhide equipment lines, attachments, technology, and competitive offerings
• Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Previous sales experience (2+ years) — equipment, construction, or agricultural industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel within assigned territory daily

• Competitive base salary plus commission structure with unlimited earning potential (roughly $60,000 - $150,000 total compensation)
