• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit.
• Oversee or participate in wire installations with conduit & cable tray.
• Connect power to equipment.
• Lead and develop up to four apprentice electricians.
• Apply knowledge of other construction trades.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs in the construction work environment.
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools.
• Work in high‑precarious places with risk of electrical shock and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must possess a state‑issued journeyman electrician license (or equivalent).
• Industrial electrical experience is required.
• Experience using, or the desire to learn, the latest BIM/VDC technologies for pre‑planning and on‑site coordination is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC technology is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction trade fundamentals.

This position requires travel within a 200‑mile radius of Brainerd, MN. Applicants must be permanently located in or willing to relocate permanently to the office area.

Work hours vary by site and project stage. Employees work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60. Weekend work may be required as needed.

$35 to $40 per hour (DOE)
