Electrical Foreman - Central MN – INTERSTATE CONSTRUCTION.

INTERSTATE CONSTRUCTION is an award‑winning electrical, controls, automation, and OT contractor serving industrial facilities across the U.S. We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee a crew of 3‑15 people on project sites in and around Brainerd, MN.

• Consistently lead and motivate the crew to meet project goals and maintain safety standards.
• Manage cost, schedule, and productivity, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
• Set a safety tone and actively participate in the Interstates behavior‑based safety program.
• Build productive relationships with onsite client representatives and allied trades.
• Coaching/mentoring: continually develop crew members.
• Plan and layout: understand project plans and work effectively toward project success.
• Provide overall electrical and construction knowledge related to the project.

• Experience leading an industrial electrical crew, preferably on onsite projects.
• State‑issued journeyman electrician’s license (or equivalent).
• Desire to build a strong team culture.
• Willingness to relocate to or remain permanently in the Brainerd, MN area.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
