Eastlight Community Homes is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will carry out stock condition and various surveys to maintain and improve our housing stock and support safe, sustainable homes for our customers.
You will undertake EPCs, retrofit assessments, and HHSRS assessments, investigate disrepair, and provide expert advice on landlord approvals, alterations, and insurance-related claims. A full UK driving licence is required.
