Building Surveyor Leeds | Hybrid Working?? Competitive Salary  Car Allowance  Bonus  Benefits My client is seeking a Building Surveyor to join its growing Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to work across a diverse range of projects while developing their career within a well-established and expanding consultancy.

The Role You will be responsible for delivering a mixture of professional and project-led Building Surveying services across a varied client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Undertaking building surveys, inspections and defect diagnosis. Preparing technical reports, specifications and schedules of work. Delivering contract administration services on refurbishment and repair projects. Carrying out condition surveys and planned preventative maintenance assessments. Managing projects from inception through to completion. Providing professional advice to clients on property-related matters. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.

About You Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline. MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership.

Experience with in a consultancy environment. Knowledge of both professional building surveying services and project work. Good understanding of JCT contracts. Strong report writing and communication skills. Commercially aware with excellent client-facing abilities. Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer? Competitive salary and benefits package.
