The Role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Art & Design lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
- Inspire creativity and experimentation across a range of media
- Plan and assess lessons that challenge and support all learners
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Qualified Teacher Status (or due to achieve QTS for ECTs)
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Art & Design
- Creative, organised, and student-focused
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- A supportive and experienced leadership team
- Excellent ECT mentoring and induction programme
- Well-equipped Art facilities
