Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher with a specialization in Geography to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting an understanding of humanities subjects with a focus on geography.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and engage students in the study of humanities and geography.
- Evaluate and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and teaching practices.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Education, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of humanities subjects with a focus on geography.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience in teaching and classroom management is preferred.
