We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Witham, Essex. This role is due to start in April 2026 and will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential to extend for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher of French and/or Spanish who is committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role:

Teaching French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4
Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessons
Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching MFL at secondary level
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
Be passionate about languages and committed to student achievement
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
