The Senior Civil Engineer will join a well-established multidisciplinary team delivering highways, drainage and infrastructure schemes across the South East and beyond. • Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage and infrastructure schemes
• Coordinate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams
• Produce detailed designs using Civil 3D and related 3D modelling tools
• Ensure compliance with design standards, planning requirements and CDM 2015
• Identify opportunities for sustainable design and value engineering
• Support bids, proposals and wider business development activity
• Mentor junior engineers and help maintain design quality

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Around 5 to 10 years of consultancy experience
  
  Strong Civil 3D and 3D modelling capability
• ICE membership, or clear progress toward it
• Strong communication and organisational skills
