Location: Braintree
Salary: £40k
Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and production equipment.
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems for automation.
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery.
- Perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
- Respond to emergency machine breakdowns.
- Repair or replace faulty components.
- Conduct planned maintenance.
- Diploma in electrical engineering.
- 3+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with PLCs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety standards.
