MCG Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a premium, well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for one of their high-quality homes in Braintree.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate clinical leader who wants to make a real difference — combining hands-on nursing expertise with strong leadership to deliver outstanding resident care.

The Role
Working closely with the Home Manager, you'll oversee clinical operations, lead and inspire the care team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and person-centred care.
You will:
 
Support the day-to-day running of the home
Lead and mentor nursing and care teams
Oversee care planning and clinical standards
Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
Conduct audits and maintain best practice in medication management
Support recruitment, training, and team development
Step up in the absence of the Home Manager  About You
 
Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Strong clinical knowledge within a care home setting
Confident leader with excellent communication skills
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care  What's On Offer
