We are seeking a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Residential Property department at our Braintree office

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their conveyancing career within a supportive, quality‑focused environment. You will work under the close supervision and guidance of a Senior Associate Solicitor
, with structured support to help you build confidence, technical ability, and strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, appropriate to experience
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Dealing with title issues, searches, and enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors in a professional and proactive manner
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Working closely with the Senior Associate to develop technical knowledge and best practice
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, lender, and firm requirements
- Contributing positively to the continued growth and success of the Braintree property team
We are looking for someone who is:
- Newly qualified as a Solicitor (or shortly due to qualify)
- Genuinely interested in residential conveyancing
- Organised, motivated, and keen to learn
- A strong communicator with a client‑focused approach
- Comfortable using case management systems and modern conveyancing processes
- A team player who values collaboration and supervision
- Committed to delivering high standards of client care
