The Hawthorns is seeking a compassionate Maintenance Coordinator to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and colleagues across our retirement communities in the UK. You will manage facilities, coordinate repairs, and monitor building systems to uphold high standards of upkeep.
You will work with approved contractors, supervise the Maintenance Assistant where applicable, and respond quickly to emergencies. DBS check and UK work eligibility are part of the role.
