You will oversee building upkeep, quickly resolve maintenance concerns, and work with approved contractors to maintain high standards of service.
You may supervise the Maintenance Assistant, handle supervision tasks, and manage day-to-day maintenance operations, emergencies, and compliance with safety regulations.
