This is a full-time, on-site role based in Braintree for a Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager will oversee business planning, contract management, and commercial operations while leading a team of professionals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, devising growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial goals. The role also includes contributing to the success of key commercial projects and fostering strong client relationships.

• Experience in commercial management and business planning
• Proficiency in contract management and negotiations
• Proven ability in team management and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of the property industry would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
