Salary:
Up to £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £80,000) + car allowance
A highly respected and well‑established independent Accident Repair Bodyshop in Braintree, Essex is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy, high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and motivating a large bodyshop team across all departments
- Ensuring efficient workflow and high‑quality repair standards
- Managing budgets, productivity, and KPI performance
- Acting as the main point of contact for insurance companies and work providers
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
- Continually improving processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confident working with insurers and external partners
- Results‑driven, with a focus on quality and customer service
- Able to manage high workloads in a fast‑paced environment
- Up to £60,000 basic salary
- OTE £80,000 through performance‑related bonuses
