The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join a busy and well-established fabrication workshop based in Essex (CM7). This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working from drawings and producing high-quality finished work.

Key Responsibilities

* TIG welding on sheet metal components

* Fabrication from technical drawings

* Working with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium

* Cutting, forming and assembling metal parts

* Ensuring welds meet quality and safety standards

* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements

* Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

* Experience in sheet metal fabrication preferred

* Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
