Our client specialises in high-quality sheet metal fabrication and welding services, delivering precision‑engineered solutions across a range of industries. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they are looking to expand their skilled workshop team.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join a busy and well‑established fabrication workshop based in Essex (CM7). This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident working from drawings and producing high‑quality finished work.

• TIG welding on sheet metal components
• Fabrication from technical drawings
• Working with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium
• Cutting, forming and assembling metal parts
• Ensuring welds meet quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and team‑focused attitude

• £20 per hour (depending on experience)
