Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Compliance and Monitoring Officer for a site-based role in Braintree. The position involves supporting Operations with health and safety compliance, audits, inspections and training to ensure services operate safely and in line with regulations.
The role requires on-site work five days a week, with pay at £20 per hour (PAYE). Experience in local government or waste/operational services and strong reporting skills are essential.
