WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

• 6+ months experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.

YOUR

ACTIVITIES:

• Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner
• Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintains this
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
