B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to cover the Braintree area, with flexibility to travel across stores. You will support the Store Manager, run the shop floor in their absence, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high turnover environment.
Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential as you help develop people, drive performance and maintain store standards, with a clear path to Store Manager in the future.
