Guaranteed 48 HPW plus OT opportunities; must be flexible to work weekends!

Day shifts are typical, but flexibility is key

  • you'll need to be open to evenings, nights, weekends, working away during peak periods, and joining the on-call rota, especially if you have access to a company van If you hold your M1/M2 Lantra qualifications or above, we would love to talk with you.

What you'll be doing

You will work as part of a team to:

  • Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management
  • Set up cones, signs, barriers and safety equipment
  • Keep road workers and the public safe at all times
  • Communicate with colleagues, clients and control teams Trainee
  • Work towards your fully funded 12D qualifications*
  • Gain hands-on experience by teaming with our Qualified Operatives.
What we are looking for

As a Traffic Management Operative, the following requirements are essential!

Knowledge:
Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.

Driving Licence:
Full licence with no more than 6 points.

Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.

Testing:
Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).

Skills:

Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.

Flexibility:
Able to work weekends, nights and work away, if and when required.

Mentor New Trainees:
Share your knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.

  • Qualifications:

    M1 M2, (SLG Unit 2 will be considered)
    * Traffic Management Training is subject to signing a training agreement.
