MH Recruitment is recruiting hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a busy parcel sorting and logistics operation in Braintree, Essex.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Night Shift Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
* Sorting and scanning parcels accurately and efficiently
* Loading and unloading parcels and cargo shipments
* Moving, handling, and organising goods throughout the warehouse
* Meeting daily productivity and performance targets
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will:
* Be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and committed
* Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
* Be capable of lifting parcels weighing approximately 25–35kg
* Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Be comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
* Be able to commit to the 4-days-on, 4-days-off shift pattern
* Work well as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment
* Be available to start as soon as possible
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but is not essential. We welcome candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to get stuck in.
