Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist
Join CFS as an Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist.
Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Our established HVAC builder is hiring an Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist. This is an onsite (M-F) work schedule near Braintree, MA.
About The Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist- Established (40+ years old), growing construction company.
- Reports to the CFO.
- 50% invoicing/AR; 50% payroll processing for 50+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.

- 2+ years of accounting support and payroll experience, ideally with a construction or HVAC-related organization.
- Associates degree preferred
