Residential Property Accountant — Up to $95k/yr Why You’ll Want This Job:

• Play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and audit readiness

• Manage monthly accounting processes: rent, lease adjustments, reconciliations, journal entries, and payments (mortgages, taxes, fees)
• Complete month-end closings, prepare lender/investor reports, and support annual audits
• Monitor property cash flow, process transfers/distributions, and maintain financial accuracy

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of residential property (multi-family) accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi software
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time (with potential for one remote day per week after training)
