We are expanding our operations team and looking for a sharp, detail-driven professional to support advisor onboarding, contracting, licensing, and core administrative operations.
Role Overview
The Contracting & Licensing Coordinator will take full ownership of the contracting, licensing, and onboarding processes for all new representatives joining Rise North Capital. This position plays a key role in ensuring our reps are onboarded accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with industry requirements. You will also support general administrative and operational functions as needed as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Process contracting and licensing for new financial representatives
- Coordinate onboarding steps, documentation, background checks, and status updates
- Track state licensing renewals, CE deadlines, and firm-paid renewals
- Submit terminations and maintain accurate licensing records
- Support internal processes related to RIA onboarding and registration
- Communicate professionally with reps, carriers, and state departments
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure smooth flow of information across departments
- Assist with firm-wide administrative and operational tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in financial services, insurance contracting/licensing, advisor support, or operations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- $50,000–$60,000 annual salary, depending on experience
