Our client is a nationally established construction program and project management consulting firm that partners with owners to successfully plan and deliver complex capital projects. The organization provides services across project management, construction management, project controls, risk management, claims, and related disciplines.

This company is involved with projects across a diverse range of markets, including education, healthcare, government/public, transportation, aviation, life sciences/pharmaceutical, commercial, and infrastructure.

The Assistant Project Manager will work alongside experienced project management professionals, helping coordinate projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Approximately 5 years of construction or project management experience, ideally with a GC/CM, owner’s representative, engineering/consulting firm, or developer
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to assist senior project leadership with project documentation, schedule tracking, cost reporting, meeting coordination, and overall project administration
• Comfortable coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, drawings, schedules, and progress reports
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of common construction/project management technology; experience with platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is beneficial
• Strong interest in developing a career on the owner’s representative / construction consulting / project management side of the industry
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify issues, communicate effectively, and support projects through resolution
