Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Coach (Private) – Braintree, MA

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and motivating Youth Soccer Coach to inspire children aged 1 to 10 through dynamic, engaging instruction that promotes skill development, teamwork, and a love for sports.

Base pay range: $22.00‑$26.00 /yr. Competitive pay starting at $26 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth in early childhood education and sports coaching.

• Develop age‑appropriate lesson plans aligned with our educational philosophy.
• Lead classes focused on skill development, teamwork, positive reinforcement, and social interaction.
• Create a fun and supportive environment that ensures every child feels included and encouraged.

• Experience working with young children, ideally in sports coaching, teaching, or recreational contexts.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices.
• Creative and engaging approach to teaching and coaching kids.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various class locations.
• Availability to work weekday mornings and/or weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (obtained during training).
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
