My Gym Children's Fitness Center is hiring outgoing and athletic individuals to teach part-time (20–30 hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week). Perfect for college and graduate students, performers, athletes, or anyone who loves working with young children in a fun high-energy environment.

We teach toddlers, preschoolers, and early grade school kids (up to age 10). You’ll lead classes filled with fun activities like:

• Relays, games, and obstacle courses
• Intro gymnastics - tumbling, vault, bars, and beam
• Warm-ups, yoga, team skill-building activities
• Songs, dances, and puppet shows

We provide comprehensive training and an easy-to-use online curriculum. You bring the warmth and energy, we’ll teach you everything else!

We’re locally owned with two South Shore locations:

• Norwell – open since 2008
• Braintree – opened in June of 2024

We’re part of a global franchise with 160+ locations in the US and hundreds more around the world.

• Competitive pay (based on experience, with raises as you grow)

• Physically fit – able to hang from bars, do basic tumbling, lift kids, etc.
• Comfortable being the center of attention and engaging kids and parents in group activities
• Reliable and available at least 4 shifts/week, including Fridays 12:00–3:30pm for team meetings
• Background in performing arts, athletics, childcare, or teaching is a big plus, but not required
