We are looking for a School Clinician to support students at Granite Academy
, a strength‑based day school serving middle and high school students whose social‑emotional needs impact their learning experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work individually and in small groups with students to support academic, vocational, social, and recreational activities.
  • Provide tailored therapeutic support and crisis de‑escalation, managing student dysregulation within a structured, trauma‑informed school therapeutic milieu.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to promote student engagement and goal‑setting.
  • Support classroom management efforts and help prepare students for independent living and academic success.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling).
  • Licensed or licensed‑candidate status preferred (MSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of adolescents with psychiatric, educational, and social‑emotional needs.
  • Experience working in a small, multidisciplinary team and with a diverse population.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with outside agencies and parents.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
Compensation

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year.
