- Statement of Work Breakdown
- Scheduling via Microsoft Project
- Staffing via Microsoft Project
- Presenting Technical information to Customers and Leadership
- Technical Mentoring
- Grow and foster positive relationships with customers
- Lead teams to solve technical challenges
- Contribute to internal research and development
- Work with engineering leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Science/Acoustic Engineering or appropriate field
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.
- 5 or more years of experience leading engineering or scientific teams
- 10 or more years of experience working as an engineer
- Experience working in the defense industry
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with underwater acoustics and/or sonar systems
- Experience with RADAR systems
- Experience with underwater instrumentation such as sonar and acoustic arrays
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including debugging
- Experience working with Agile, Surround, or other configuration management tools
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills
- Experience leading teams to execute complex tasks
- Willingness to work on the team to help complete work
