- Greet and seat guests with warmth and personality
- Engage guests in light conversation to make them feel at home
- Manage waitlists and seating flow for smooth service
- Answer phones and take to-go orders
- Handle cash and payments responsibly
- Keep the host stand and entry area clean and organized
- Outgoing, guest-focused personality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
