This role is the first FP&A function the company has had, so this person will be a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, responsible for leading the company's budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and long‑range planning processes. This role plays a key part in driving business performance by delivering actionable financial insights, conducting deep operational and financial analysis, and supporting key corporate initiatives including M&A.

8+ years as a Senior Financial Analyst or an FP&A Manager with manufacturing industry experience.

• 100% on site for the foreseeable future until the consolidation software is fully implemented and other projects to kick‑start the FP&A function are completed.
• Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base + 20% bonus based on experience.
