What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer, LOA, or Loan Processor
• MLO License (Required)
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and coachability
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Paid Training: Yes, if you apply for the Loan Officer Training Program
• Remote Work: Yes
• Proof of business activity over the last 2 years may be required
