Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA. We have raised $50M+ from leading venture and celebrity investors to build the world’s first fully autonomous manicure machine. We have pre‑sold our first 1,000 machines to iconic brands such as Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom, and we have launched our first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett. Now we are expanding to New York City for our official debut at Ulta Beauty downtown, joining a fast‑growing 50+ person organization with deep robotics experience.

We are seeking a licensed Cosmetologist or Nail Technician to be the vital human connection for our new product launch. In this role you will guide customers through the seamless experience of our first robotic manicure, ensuring every customer feels supported and delighted with this future‑of‑nails technology.

• Support seamlessness: answer questions and handle simple troubleshooting with help from our engineers to keep the machine and app running smoothly.
• Invite discovery: enthusiastically encourage customers to try the machine and experience the results for themselves.

• Foundational expertise: 0–2 years of experience in cosmetology or specialized nail‑related work.
• Licensed artistry: a valid Nail Technician or Cosmetologist license with relevant experience.
• Reliable commitment: dependable, punctual, and consistently ready to represent 10

• Flexible schedule: ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, to support our launch and meet customer demand.

Salary Range: $25—$40 USD
