Salon Assistant

Beauty Lounge by Lex is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Salon Assistant to support daily salon operations, assist beauty professionals, and ensure clients receive excellent customer service.

• Welcome clients and provide a positive salon experience.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas.
• Prepare workstations, tools, and supplies before appointments.
• Assist hairstylists and makeup artists with setup and cleanup.
• Monitor salon inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Support daily administrative tasks and client communications.
• Follow salon policies, sanitation procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with special events, bridal appointments, and other salon activities.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the beauty industry preferred.
• Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus.
