Sun‑Wed 11 p‑9 a

As a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor, you will assist clients experiencing behavioral health issues with goal setting and achievement, activities of daily living, engagement in meaningful activities, socialization, transportation, and medication administration. You will implement treatment plans that help clients reach goals and manage symptoms, and help clients develop independence and enhance quality of life.

HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, human services, social work, health sciences towards an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience working in the health and human services field and/or related education or training.
• We provide ongoing training and development.
• Patience and an understanding and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.
• Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record system.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and safe driving record; driving experience and access to a personal vehicle required at some sites.
• CPR, First Aid and MAP certifications will be required.
