Description
Assistant Wellness Director (RN or LPN) — Senior Living Community We’re partnering with a respected, family-owned senior living community in Braintree, MA to hire a full-time Assistant Wellness Director. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role in a supportive environment and make a meaningful impact on resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead caregivers and resident care staff
- Assist with resident assessments, service plans, and compliance audits
- Oversee medication administration and incident reporting
- Support family communication and staff coaching
- Provide on-call support every other weekend
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- 1–2+ years of experience in assisted living, nursing home, or long-term care
- Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills
- Dementia care knowledge a plus
- Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4:30 PM) + rotating on-call weekends
- Pay: $40—$45/hour plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- On-site, Braintree
