Resident Care Supervisor

Resident Care Supervisor – Up to $45/hr We are looking for a Resident Care Supervisor to lead resident wellness and care services within an assisted living community. In this role, you will partner with the Resident Care Director to maintain high-quality care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strong staff supervision. This opportunity is well-suited for a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care.

• Lead, mentor, and provide support to Memory Care and Resident Care Assistants
• Direct resident assessments, admissions, and the development of individualized care plans
• Oversee medication administration while ensuring full compliance with state regulations
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with families about resident needs, health updates, and incidents
• Manage pharmacy coordination, including deliveries, audits, and medication systems

• Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
• Supervisory experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care
• Knowledge of Massachusetts assisted living regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to document/track resident care
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing

• Dementia or memory care experience (certification preferred)
• Skilled in supporting residents with complex care needs
• Experience in staff coaching, team development, and performance improvement
