Resident Wellness & Care Manager
The Resident Wellness & Care Manager oversees wellness and care services within an assisted living community. This role supports the Resident Care Director in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with Massachusetts regulations. The position is well-suited for a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care who is passionate about resident well-being and staff development.

- Communicate effectively with families regarding resident needs, illnesses, or incidents
- Coordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication management processes
- Provide leadership in staff development, performance improvement, and conflict resolution
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- Proven leadership and staff supervision experience in a healthcare or senior living environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to document/track resident care
- Working knowledge of Massachusetts state regulations for assisted living and nursing compliance
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dementia care or memory care experience (certification preferred)
- Experience managing complex resident needs in a healthcare setting
- Background in caregiver performance coaching and team development
