Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year (actual pay based on skills & experience)

Relocation Package: up to $15,000
Student Loan Forgiveness: up to $24,000

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.)
  • Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Initiate state licensure process prior to start date
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
  • Maintain clean background/drug screening and driving record
