Kaleidoscope ABA Autism Therapy Services is a 20+ year agency with 29 locations across the country. We value innovation, creativity, and the power of applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism.

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out individualized treatment plans.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Physical endurance to meet rigorous demands (standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, engaging with children on floor or standing for long periods)
